A csoport során foglalkozunk a testünkkel való kapcsolatunkon (a mozgásom, a testtartásom, a testem felvállalása), az érzelmeinkkel való kapcsolatunkon (érzelmeim felvállalása, indulatkezelés, az érzelmeim, mint iránytű a tájékozódáshoz), társas kapcsolatainkkal (önátadás, határvédelem), külső és belső támpontjaim (a fiú, a vadember, az apa).
